Caverton liquidates its helicopter subsidiary in Cameroon after strengthening its fleet in late 2023

Nigerian group Caverton Offshore Support Group Plc has decided to liquidate its wholly owned subsidiary, Caverton Helicopter Cameroon, as noted in its 2025 audited financial statements filed in July 2026. The subsidiary has been fully depreciated since 2018, with its investment value reduced to 1 naira, though no causal link between depreciation and liquidation is established. The decision follows an increase in operational assets, including the purchase of a Bell 429 helicopter for offshore operations in Cameroon in November 2023.
