Cement: Cimaco strengthens its commercial presence in Cameroon after 39 billion FCFA invested in Édéa

Cimaco has recently increased its visibility in Cameroon with advertising billboards, although its cement plant has been operational since June 2025. The facility, located in Édéa, cost 39 billion FCFA and has a production capacity of one million tons per year. This rise in visibility comes amid a changing cement market, marked by the entry of new players since the end of Cimencam's monopoly.
