Central Africa: Aid, Movements Hindered in South Kivu Highlands

Congolese armed forces and armed groups in the South Kivu highlands are obstructing aid delivery and preventing civilians from fleeing the fighting. Human Rights Watch reported a severe humanitarian crisis, with abuses committed by all parties.
