CENTRE OF IDENTITY CARD PRODUCTION IN DOUALA-BONANJO: THE CHANGE

At the identity card production center in Douala-Bonanjo, Cameroonian police have implemented a new system to treat all users with dignity, regardless of their background, gender, religion, or social status. After over a decade of delays and access issues, this change aims to improve service quality and respect for citizens. The reform seeks to modernize and humanize public civil service in Cameroon.
