Charitable Dyslexia Race returns to Arusha for third season

The annual Dyslexia charity race returns to Arusha in October 2026, expecting over 1500 runners, including children from various schools. The event, themed ‘Run for Literacy,’ aims to raise awareness about dyslexia and promote inclusion through workshops and activities supporting children with dyslexia. The main 10 km race will take place on October 25 at Ngarenaro Sports Complex, with additional 2.5 km and 5 km races to encourage broader participation. Dyslexia Tanzania plans to expand these marathons to other regions after starting in Dodoma in 2025.
