Chelsea winger Mudryk to appeal against four-year doping ban

Ukrainian winger Mykhailo Mudryk has filed an appeal with the Court of Arbitration for Sport after receiving a four-year ban from the Football Association for doping. Mudryk has been sidelined for nearly 18 months following a provisional suspension in December 2024 due to a positive urine test. His appeal was lodged on February 25, 2026, and he hopes to return to action as early as next season.
