Children’s Parliament steps up Ebola awareness in Butembo schools

The Children’s Parliament of Butembo is continuing an Ebola awareness campaign in schools, launched last week amid rising cases in the region. At least 50 schools have been visited, with handwashing kits and equipment distributed alongside information sessions on preventive measures. Jules Kambasu, head of Kirewete Primary School, welcomed the support but said access to water remains a challenge.
