China resumes rescue efforts at Nepal-Tibet border after fears of second flood halted operations

Flash flooding on Wednesday has killed at least 489 people, as Beijing warns that a newly formed lake near the Nepal border could burst its banks. Rescue operations had been halted due to these fears. Families of 33 missing British nationals are flying to Nepal in search of their loved ones.
