China resumes rescue efforts at Nepal-Tibet border after fears of second flood halted operations

Flash flooding on Wednesday has killed at least 489 people. Beijing has warned that a newly formed lake near the Nepal border could burst its banks. Rescue operations, which were halted due to fears of a second flood, have now resumed.
