Cisco accused of fostering a hostile workplace for Muslim and Arab employees

The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) found that Cisco may have violated the civil rights of Middle Eastern and Muslim employees. This determination followed a complaint from a group of employees, 'Bridge to Humanity', who reported anti-Arab and anti-Muslim comments on the company's internal platforms. The employees also alleged that Cisco harassed signatories of an open letter calling for an end to technology provision to the Israeli military.
