Nwakali completes move to Cypriot club Omonia 29 Maiou

Kelechi Nwakali has joined Cypriot club Omonia 29 Maiou on a permanent transfer. The 28-year-old former Barnsley player becomes the second Nigerian to sign for Omonia 29 Maiou following the arrival of goalkeeper Francis Uzoho. Nwakali registered two goals in 26 appearances during his first season at Barnsley but struggled for regular playing time last season.
