CNC-ALPC warns about the presence of explosive devices in Walikale

The National Commission for the Control of Small Arms and Light Weapons (CNC-ALPC) warned the population of Walikale about the presence of explosive devices left by the AFC/M23 rebels. Clément Kubuya, head of the CNC-ALPC post, advised residents not to approach areas previously occupied by the M23 until a supervision team has intervened. He also encouraged the local population to report any suspicious objects and reminded children not to touch unknown items.
