Cocoa: Producer Prices Drop by 150 to 200 FCFA in Three Weeks but Remain Higher than in Ivory Coast

Between August 31 and September 21, 2026, cocoa producer prices in Cameroon decreased by 150 to 200 FCFA, with minimum prices dropping from 2750 to 2600 FCFA and better-paid producers from 2900 to 2700 FCFA per kilogram. According to the Information System for the sectors (SIF), this decline follows a season start where the price per kilogram was already above 2700 to 2750 FCFA, higher than the end of the previous campaign.
