Congo reopens Ebola-hit schools, drops remote learning

Schools in Ebola-hit areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo have reopened after authorities abandoned remote learning plans. Over 1,000 schools in Ituri Province are classified as red zones, with a 48.6% fatality rate.
