Congress: President Bassirou Diomaye Faye to launch his party at Dakar Arena

The Coalition Diomaye Président will transform into a political party during a constitutive congress on August 8 at the Dakar Arena. The announcement was made by Me Abdoulaye Tine, Minister of Communication, following an audience with the president. The initiative aims to structure the presidential majority and strengthen its local presence ahead of upcoming elections. The new party is described as a 'common home open to all builders of the new Senegal'.
