Construction of a sports complex in Yoff: Why the court decided to expel Ageroute and CDE

The civil court ordered the expulsion of Cde and Ageroute from land title n° 5466/Nga in Yoff for unlawful occupation. This decision follows a complaint from the heirs of Fatou Mané Sakho against the Yoff municipality, which was exonerated. The court also ordered the cessation of all activities on the land and the demolition of constructions, with a penalty of 100,000 CFA francs per day of delay.
