Controversy trails arrest of UNILESA graduate over NYSC mobilisation delay

A University of Ilesa graduate, Adedoyin Temitope, was arrested after protesting a delay of over two years in his mobilisation for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). University authorities attributed the delay to discrepancies in his registration details with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). The National Association of University Students condemned his arrest, calling the incident intimidation and demanding an investigation. However, the university administration denied the allegations, stating that the graduate completed his program under a different institution.
