Ivorian businessman David Fofana has purchased the Cosmos Yopougon commercial center for approximately 10.5 billion CFA francs. The commercial complex has nearly 14,000 square meters of commercial space and welcomes between 3.6 and 4 million visitors each year. This acquisition comes after a rapid progression of Mayelia in the automotive sector. The group thus becomes owner of a major commercial site in the most populous commune of Abidjan.
