Cotco: Savannah Claims Over 228 Billion FCFA in Arbitration Against Five Defendants, Including SNH and Chad

Savannah Midstream Investment Limited (SMIL) is claiming over 397 million dollars, approximately 228.6 billion FCFA, in an arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) regarding the Cameroon Oil Transportation Company (Cotco). The defendants include SNH, the Republic of Chad, SHT Overseas Petroleum (Cameroon) Limited, SHT Doba Pipeline Investment Inc., and Cotco. The claim covers about 330 million dollars in principal, over 67 million dollars in interest, and procedural costs, with the case registered as ICC Case No. 27914/SP in Paris.
