Cotco: Savannah still expects a 2026 outcome in its arbitration claim of more than $397 million

Savannah Energy still expects an outcome before the end of 2026 in arbitration proceedings over its rights in Cameroon Oil Transportation Company (Cotco), which operates the Cameroon section of the Chad–Cameroon oil pipeline. The International Chamber of Commerce arbitration names five defendants, including Cameroon’s SNH, the Chadian state and Cotco. The amounts claimed have not been awarded, and public documents do not specify any potential share payable by each defendant.
