Court grants ex-minister Uche Nnaji permission to travel abroad for treatment

The Federal High Court in Abuja granted former Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Uche Nnaji, permission to travel abroad for medical treatment. His lawyer requested the release of his international passport due to an ongoing case of academic qualification falsification. Nnaji is accused by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) of fraud and document forgery, including a certificate from the National Youth Service Corps.
