Court of Arbitration for Sport: Morocco's New Radical Decision Against Senegal

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) is set to rule on the dispute between Senegal and Morocco regarding the winner of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. The Senegalese Football Federation requested an expedited procedure, which was rejected, extending the case processing time to between nine and twelve months. Currently, the AFCON trophy is in Dakar, while Morocco retains its status as African champion internationally pending the final decision from CAS.
