Court stops Levitikal firm from selling disputed Victoria Island property linked to Ajose - Daily Post Nigeria

The Federal High Court in Lagos issued an interim injunction preventing Levitikal Realties & Construction Limited from selling or transferring a disputed property at 68 Molade Okoya Thomas Street, Victoria Island. The order was granted following an application by Dr. (Mrs.) Maryam Sani Abacha to protect her interest in the property, registered since 1988. The court also allowed publication of the order in Nigerian media to notify the public and interested parties. The property is covered by a 1988 Certificate of Occupancy.
