The Federal High Court in Abuja will deliver judgment on Jan. 27, 2027, in the Federal Government’s case against Tukur Mamu, who faces charges including terrorism financing following the 2022 Abuja-Kaduna train attack. The defence questioned evidence concerning the licence for a rifle allegedly found at Mamu’s home, while the prosecution said the rifle and licence had been tendered in court. The charges were expanded to include unlawful firearm possession and money laundering.
