Court to deliver judgment in Turaki-led PDP suit against INEC, others

The Federal High Court in Abuja will deliver judgment on Friday in a suit filed by the PDP Board of Trustees loyal to Kabir Turaki, SAN. The judgment will be delivered at 4 p.m. before Justice Salim Ibrahim. The plaintiffs, led by former Senate President Adolphus Wabara, seek an order compelling INEC to recognize the Turaki-led interim National Working Committee on its official website. The suit, marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1159/2026, was filed on June 4.
