Crash of an airplane in Kenge: FARDC Auditor General Lucien-René Likulia Bakumi among the victims

Lieutenant-General Lucien-René Likulia Bakumi, FARDC Auditor General near the Military High Court, was among the victims of a plane crash in Kenge, Kwango province. The small aircraft, traveling from Kikwit to Kinshasa, crashed while attempting to find a landing spot after experiencing a problem mid-flight, causing several fatalities with some bodies burned. The pilot’s body was found outside the aircraft. The passengers included a major, a captain, other military personnel, and civilians.
