Cuba accuses US at UN of deliberately inflicting humanitarian suffering

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla accused the US at the UN of waging an economic war against Cuba, calling its blockade a crime and collective punishment. He stated that the US is deliberately attempting to provoke a humanitarian crisis on the island. Cuba denounces this policy as intentionally inflicting suffering on the Cuban people.
