Culture: Ateh Bazore re-elected as president of SONACAM

Dr. Ateh Bazore was re-elected as president of the National Society of Musical Arts (SONACAM) with over 93% of the votes during the elective general assembly on April 30, 2026. He received 733 votes compared to 45 for his opponent, Messi Ambroise, who had withdrawn before the vote. A Supervisory Board was also established to oversee the financial management of the institution, with Eko Roosevelt elected as its president.
