Cyber-fraud: “HICASH”, the app that lent 6,500 FCFA... to claim 10,000 — a 3 billion network dismantled by the DSC

The Special Division for the Fight Against Cybercrime dismantled HICASH, a platform accused of illegal loans. Users received only 6,500 FCFA for a loan of 10,000 FCFA, with a real interest rate of 53.8% per week. Collection methods included harassing victims' relatives. The investigation uncovered an operational center in Liberté 6 with nearly 70 employees.
