Dakar Port: This detail was glaring at the handover of services of Waly Diouf Bodiang

The handover ceremony at the Autonomous Port of Dakar between outgoing Director General Waly Diouf Bodiang and incoming Director Doune Pathé Mbengue took place under strong police presence.
