Dan Thomas resigns as Wales leader after arrest

Dan Thomas has resigned as the leader of Reform Wales after being arrested on suspicion of assault and controlling behavior. Although he was released without charge, he stated that he did not want upcoming headlines to distract from his team's work. Thomas was appointed party leader in February and led Reform to become the largest opposition group in Welsh history with 34 elected members.
