David Mark-led ADC prays court to reverse INEC’s decision

The leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), led by David Mark, has petitioned the Federal High Court in Abuja to overturn the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)'s decision to remove the names of Mark and Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola from its official portal. Mark also requested an injunction for INEC to restore the names of all members of the ADC's National Working Committee in its records. This request follows a March 12 Court of Appeal ruling that ordered the parties to maintain the status quo.
