Departmental Council: The Manifest Error of the APR with the Position Managed by Mamadou Kassé

On September 19, youth and women from the APR announced their intention to demand that Mamadou Kassé return his mandate, which they believe was obtained under their party. Kassé left the APR in early September to join Kiiraay, the new party of Bassirou Diomaye Faye. However, the position of president of the Tambacounda Departmental Council does not belong to the APR, but to the coalition Benno Bokk Yaakaar that invested him as a candidate.
