Desperate cry of military widows without pay to MONUSCO in Beni

Hundreds of widows and orphans of FARDC soldiers, deprived of pensions for over a year, protested in front of MONUSCO in Beni on April 7, 2026. These families, displaced from Goma, denounce an administrative blockage of their files and the lack of assistance, leading to the deaths of several of them. They report being victims of repression during their claims and see MONUSCO as their last hope.
