DHQ mourns retired Maj-Gen Abubakar, reaffirms resolve to end terrorism

Retired Major General Rabe Abubakar, former Director of Defence Information, died in captivity after being abducted by bandits. The Defence Headquarters issued a statement mourning him and reaffirming its resolve to fight terrorism. Abubakar served with distinction and contributed to counter-insurgency operations. Operations have been intensified to bring perpetrators to justice and dismantle terrorist networks.
