Digital Transformation: Côte d'Ivoire Aims for 700 Digitized Public Services in 3 Years

On September 3, 2026, the Ivorian government launched a national workshop to prioritize a hundred public services for digitization, aiming to achieve 700 digital services by the end of 2028. Minister of Digital Transition, Djibril Ouattara, emphasized the importance of this initiative in the presidential structural transformation strategy. An interoperability platform has already been successfully tested with ten public services, and the first 100 services to be digitized will be determined after consulting citizens.
