KRA Plans to Use Till Numbers and Pochi La Biashara to Track Undeclared Income

Kenya’s Revenue Authority (KRA) is considering using data from Till Numbers and Pochi La Biashara accounts to identify undeclared business income. It collected Ksh2.844 trillion in the financial year ending June 2026 against a Ksh2.977 trillion target, and recorded a Ksh26.275 billion deficit in the first quarter of FY 2026/2027.
