Douala: Mother of Several Dies of Electrocution at Her Mill

Sylviane, who operated a grinding mill in Douala’s Bangue neighborhood, died on Monday, October 19, at a place known as “Derrière Petit Voltaire.” She is believed to have suffered a fatal electric shock while using her machine, and her body was found on the ground. She was the mother of several children, including a four-month-old infant, and her death has left her family grieving.
