Douala: Paul Biya is represented by Dion Ngute at the groundbreaking ceremony of a complex and on several site visits - Lebledparle

Paul Biya delegated Prime Minister Joseph Dion Ngute to preside over the groundbreaking of the Kempinski Shekinah Palace hotel in Douala on September 25. Before the event, Ngute visited key infrastructure projects, including the rehabilitation of National Road No. 3 connecting Edea to Douala and the development of the Dibamba port zone. This mission, carried out on instructions from the president, aims to assess progress on strategic projects for Douala's economic development and the corridor linking the port to the rest of the country.
