DR Congo presidency bans its members from contacting the Belgian embassy

Anthony Nkinzo Kamole, chief of staff to President Félix Tshisekedi, has banned members of the presidential cabinet from having direct or indirect contact with Belgium’s embassy in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or its staff. Violations may result in administrative and disciplinary sanctions. Trump said he wants to reduce nuclear arsenals and that Washington is discussing denuclearization with Moscow and Beijing, but no formal negotiations have begun with China. Beijing has rejected trilateral talks, arguing that the United States and Russia should reduce their arsenals first.
