DRC: Alingete Key's own tables show a decline in public revenues in dollars since 2022

Jules Alingete Key's work shows a cumulative increase of 133.5% in Congolese public revenues between 2020 and 2024, peaking at $13.03 billion in 2022. However, revenues declined to $12.87 billion in 2023 and $12.84 billion in 2024, representing a drop of nearly $200 million. The revenue forecasts were not met, with growing discrepancies between projections and actual revenues, partly due to the deterioration of the Congolese franc exchange rate in 2024.
