DRC: Clashes during a mobilization against the constitutional reform

Clashes erupted on Tuesday in Kinshasa during a national mobilization organized by the opposition coalition C64 against the proposed constitutional amendment. The confrontations pitted protesters against supporters of the government, leading to the intervention of riot police who used tear gas. At least two people were injured. The C64 coalition opposes the reform that could allow President Félix Tshisekedi to seek a third term.
