The price of copper, the Democratic Republic of Congo's main export product, increased by 0.51% to reach $14,535.25 per ton. This rise continues a favorable trend observed in recent weeks, with copper being crucial for the country's mining exports. In 2023, the DRC produced approximately 2.8 million tons of copper, making it the second-largest producer in the world.
