The Democratic Republic of Congo remains at the heart of an unprecedented humanitarian situation, marked by armed conflicts, massive displacements, climate shocks and recurring epidemics. The government is launching a national solidarity campaign to support people affected by humanitarian crises. The initiative will be officially launched on Tuesday, August 25, in Kinshasa by President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi. The campaign aims to revive the culture of mutual aid within the Congolese population.
