DRC: Félix Tshisekedi hands over formalization documents to 537 youth enterprises in Kinshasa

On September 12, 2026, President Félix Tshisekedi handed over formalization documents to 537 youth enterprises in Kinshasa during a ceremony at the Central African Cultural and Artistic Center. This initiative marks the conclusion of the second cohort of the Special Fund for the Promotion of Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment (FSPEEJ). Tshisekedi emphasized that formalization should enhance the credibility of businesses without imposing new administrative burdens. He also called for a substantial strengthening of the FSPEEJ to make it an effective instrument for the growth of youth-led enterprises.
