DRC: Félix Tshisekedi maintains control over the preparation of the national dialogue

Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi has established a committee to prepare for the setup of the commission that will organize the national dialogue in the DRC. This committee, under his authority, will organize preliminary meetings, identify necessary needs, and establish contacts with partners. It will be assisted by a technical secretariat composed of eleven experts, and its operations will be funded by the public treasury.
