DRC: In Kisangani, Deputy Joseph Nkoy Wembo Calls on Youth to Commit to National Unity and Peace

Deputy Joseph Nkoy Wembo, Deputy Rapporteur of the Defense and Security Committee of the National Assembly, launched the 'Camp of the Fatherland' initiative in Kisangani to promote patriotism, national unity, sovereignty, and support for institutions. He met with residents at Wagenia Falls to discuss the importance of dialogue and cohesion amid ongoing tensions related to Rwandan aggression. The initiative aims to raise awareness among youth about supporting President Félix Tshisekedi’s efforts for peace, security, and territorial integrity, and encourages inclusive dialogue to address internal divisions.
