DRC: Kamerhe Reaffirms Support for Tshisekedi and Calls on Congolese to Defend National Sovereignty

Vital Kamerhe, former President of the National Assembly and ally of Félix Tshisekedi, reaffirmed his support for the Congolese president in response to the creation of the Front for the Refoundation of the Nation (FRN) by Joseph Kabila. He called for national unity and peaceful mobilization to defend sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the constitutional order, emphasizing dialogue over violence. The FRN was formed amid ongoing armed conflict in eastern DRC, particularly involving AFC-M23 activities.
