DRC: Katebe Katoto Supports Constitutional Change and Wants Multiple Mandates for Tshisekedi

After consultations in Greater Katanga, Raphaël Katebe Katoto openly supports the constitutional change proposed by the presidential camp. He also wishes for Félix Tshisekedi to serve beyond the current two-term limit, potentially up to five or six terms, to complete his mission. Katebe Katoto emphasizes that the Constitution belongs to the people, who should be able to decide through a referendum, including on the locked articles, despite Article 220 which restricts certain revisions. He clarifies that his stance is personal, not legal, and that the people should have the power to amend the Constitution.
