DRC: Kinshasa mobilizes Faure Gnassingbé, João Lourenço, and Denis Sassou Nguesso around the voluntary surrender of FDLR

A Congolese delegation led by Minister Floribert Anzuluni presented the progress of the voluntary surrender process of the FDLR to Togolese, Angolan, and Congolese leaders to garner support. The delegation met with Faure Gnassingbé in Lomé, João Lourenço in Luanda, and Denis Sassou Nguesso in Brazzaville to discuss the disarmament protocol and security issues in eastern DRC. Kinshasa reaffirmed its commitment to the Washington agreements, despite disagreements with Kigali over their implementation.
